Ocean 🌊 Side 2021

We did our Annual Oceanside Trip
Levi has such great friends, so it’s nice to know that they are around there on conference weekend.
I believe I booked this in April, and told my family about it- in case they wanted to join.

There are many fond memories of Oceanside with my own family, so even tho it isn’t a favorite for some in the household.  I still try to b consistent.

We are so grateful that the Dopp were able to make it this year.  I think it’s safe to say that they got Hooked.
The Brown Family (Julia and Ty) usually go to Oceanside pretty often, but we’re out this time trying to navigate wiht Tylers career. Isaac & Hannah’s head down to mexico 🇲🇽 with t her  family around this time of the year.

Anyhow the Dopps and I are already booked for next and G&G Nelson probably will join next year.
🥳Yay 4 Parties on the Ocean 🥳

Levi Is usually in and out wiht his friends.

Micheals sweet parents even let him crash 💥  at his place, cause they had like an extra room or something.
He has such good dudes around him 💯

As you scroll thru the pics you might notice Mr. Air Transportation- he even was able to cruise the spark over and join in on the fun. Apparently it was his first time jumping into the ocean 🌊 😮 (the things I am still learning about him)

We watched some Ggeneral Conference right when we got there. There is nothing like it, by the ocean.

Also that first day I headed to Walmart and got some groceries and got into the ocean a couple times with the kids.

I have been doing cryotherapy lately, so the cold doesn’t effect me as much and I focus on the healing aspects.

You will notice that once the dopps got here, my kids were tight wiht them like glue.

Joanna Klaproth showed me the ropes a few years ago, so I was showing Maria a couple things.

We did a little shopping right there at the stores, And did a couples dinner a couple times.

We went with the Kempton parents too.
They really are such good people, and freaking hilarious.

I rolled my ankle on the last night there, so fun 🤪
They were so helpful and Joanna even sent me over some chips and salsa 💃 later cause I hurt it before we even walked into the restaurant- so had to head back to the Villas ASAP.

Wowzers the foot stuff hurts!

So grateful for sunrises 🌅
Sunshine
Sand 🏖
Sunsets 🌅
With these wonderful kids I call mine .

I know the Lord is so proud of them and their loving nature.

Camping ⛺️ fun

Camping has become such a staple. Yes around a few friends, While in nature, With family.

It’s such a relaxing getaway.

And I’m so grateful the Speer’s showed us the ropes & keep inviting us 💋 love you Angie

Preparing:

All the meal planning, schedule planning and UTV preparations really make this process a labor of love.

We recently upgraded our trailer. So it has a garage. So stuff content to be more categorized to keep the main parts cleaner in the back, to keep the main rooms cleaner. Our master bed is more reclining. Which makes it fun. There’s a half bath in the back for the kids to get all dirty also 😂

We are finding that quads are funner at The Sandune’s, and dirt bikes are more wilderness friendly.

Read recently sold the countdown to see some friends. And I have a El Hefe on some barge in the California Oceans… “you can’t rush perfection” > Reed Says.

Anyhow, Wether it’s the Glamis sand dunes or Happy Jack > there is nothing like getting away and Feeling closer to the Real important things in life !

Mina’s Farewell

We went to visit the Brown Family and see Mina’s Farewell talk, she is gonna do an online Mission MTC.

We were able to go stay at the Country Club, which is really close to their house.

The first morning I went on a run around the loop, it was a lovely view.   Reed and I went and looked at properties for fun, then went to the Bloomington Walmart - and didn’t wear masks like rebels. We challenged ourselves and tried to get enough food to satisfy the family but not overspend and be wasteful.

It was a wonderful place to stay at. We came to find out that Aunt Lana was working at the pool all day there (my sis- is such a hard working young lady), which was literally like a could yards away.

Maria and all of her kids came and had a fun time.  She is such a good Homeschooling momma that doesn’t let her kids do YOuTube or video games.

Grandma and Grandpa popped in for a little and later hooked up Levi and reed with a soda (DP&Dew)

My mom is a hardworking lady:) She is ‘managing’ an assisted living facility lately, the head nurse. So we can just call her boss lady!

I love seeing my dad with his white beard, he is the most inviting person that I know. I love him 😍

Sunday Morning was relaxing, made our breakfast and got things going for the Farewell. There were a couple sessions so we went to the 10:30 one.

We saw a lot of family when we got there, it was almost a little mini reunion. Masks were hard to figure out so I brought in Reed’s duster (gator), everyone else had a mask on except us, Dopps and my parents.

It was so wonderful to start sacrament out with singing! I got a little teary eyed because we sang 3 hymns, it was great! Mina’s talk & testimony was about mental illness and finding trust in the lord and how his family programs helped her with her PTSD. It was such great insight and was wonderful to hear her testimony about the gospel bringing color back into her life.

The Stake President got up and spoke about how she is gonna be a blessing to people of her mission wards, because we all are gonna have some PTSD from this year & being a life line for those individuals that the Lord is helping.  ((The Truck, Ship or Helicopter quote, where the man was sending people to help, but they weren’t in the way the man was expecting))

Afterwards, we went the the villa we were staying at for a bit. Then headed to the Browns for a yummy Lunch! It was wonderful seeing family and some of the Brown Family. John and Emma even flew in For a little with Blake. So we snapped some pictures:)

I kept calling Lana to get her over here.  I am gonna say some prayers for Lana, she feels like she wants a change soon. She is such a great support to her AA community, leading meetings and I believe being a sponsor for like 6 people. Also working 3 jobs, wow! 💪🏽

After talking to Tanya about Sourdough Bread for a while, Tyler’s Oldest sister. We gave lots of hugs & went back to the C.C. Pool one last time with these kiddos :)

*I cannot figure out how to add the photos that I want to so I will try when I get home*on my laptop
