Helpers

Helpers come in many different shapes and sizes.
You always don’t know what to expect.
But they are the ones that are there for you
When life gets thick
Willing to lend a hand and don’t often complain
They are the ones usually in the background
That don’t like too much attention & aren’t afraid to
Get stuff done

We are grateful for them!

All happiness depends on courage and work”

Volleyball

Kalaya Has many talents. But I just honestly love watching her play volleyball, the way that she moves, thanks, gets the job done. I’m just so impressed. I feel like she’s the MVP on the team, but that just might be Mom talk. However I do feel that her team really relies on her because she can always get that ball over the net and some very funky and hard plays

We are on probably her fifth little mini season with the YMCA, she made her middle high school volleyball team. But she wasn’t interested. She wanted stick to the Y, Because she said it was more fun, and less stressed. I know that her school had practice at 5 AM every day, and she just wanted to make sure that she got good grades during that time. And I don’t blame her, I don’t know why they gave the youngest volleyball players the crappy practice time and Saturdays for hairy. So Yep, the YMCA was where we’ve been going, and they’ve been so good. One-two games on Saturday.

Her coaches are so wonderful too, so I see why she has chooses this route.

She couldn’t enjoy her last season because of the Covid

But hope to pick back up sooner then later, hopefully I have a pic of their group.

She Loves doing hair, baking, games and crafts or crocheting. All the girl things she loves and is sooo good at them! She really is a fun older sister and we are lucky to have her

Sometimes the sisters aren’t fans at getting their hair done, so that is sometimes sad to watch.
But I love getting my hair done 💁🏼‍♀️ I am hoping she continues that and because a hair stylist.
I remember her being sick one time and I remember her telling me that fixing someone’s hair
Makes her feel good, so maybe that is a sign to her future skill.
Either way, we love you Kalaya

Dirt bikes

Our Family has gotten into dirt biking. I think it started because Levi was going that route, so Reed followed suit. And was a champ and bought some extra dirt bikes for some of the neighbor kids, and then he was able to take them all out as friends. Lots of good memories are made. Reed especially made sure that him and Levi were suited up, to prevent any injuries. Since Levi‘s ankle cost us so much money. But then again money grows on trees I guess. 😆

Aurora has been getting into it as well, Ruth said she’s really good and strength and skill, so he might take her out soon. And ride on his own big boy bike, Instead of the little one and 10 that she drives. We probably need to get her better gear if she’s sipping a lot quicker. But she loves it. She was so excited to put new stickers on her bike with her dad at work. And they usually find a place that’s only about an hour away, and then drive around for about two hours and then go jump in the lake. Sometimes her friend comes, but she’s so great to spend some time with her dad to

Levi is thinking about switching gears and going over to the four stroke life, with his friends. Reed doesn’t really understand why, because in his history for strokes end up being a lot more money and repairs for all their extra moving parts. And in his opinion big boys ride two strokes. So Levi might stop at his bikes with a four stroke, and then he’s responsible for all the mechanical failures that might happen. That way we he can learn for himself. 🙂

The bike trail’s have been closed due to quarantine, but Reed has found great ways to go around that
Bayden might get into it for a bit, but we will see. It seems like a hit or miss kind of sport.
